Senton Convert senton to a true 1/8

Well.... bit of a necro but I’m slowly getting there... Have a bit o free time wednesday and hope to get a bit more done then hopefully!??. Haven’t decided which shocks I’m gonna use yet.... the senton ones I have or a set of Typhon shocks? Don’t really know hos muck they differ from eachother....

Small progress. Servo and gka mount in place. Deanodised hotracing center diff top mountplate and driveshafts in place. Also replaced the rear arms, dogbones etc with Typhon items since the kraton hubs and wheelaxles used to widen the senton trackwidth are getting a new home in another project hopefully. Got more ideas than time!
The work continues tomorrow!

Buggy wheels. Deanodised and filled shocks.
Realised that I have to build new. Shocktowers to be able to use Arrma bodymounts. Otherwise I need to make more holes in the body which I really don't want to make.
The build in the background is my take on the yeti xl as I would have it. Extended (85mm) kraton chassies with 2 rear infraktion propshafts. I’m gonna mount the motor like in infraktion and have room for dual batteryholders..... Yup! That baby is gonna go 8s.....but its a long way from completion..... It will be gnarly when its done though!?

My knogets project…….but nearly there. Need to adjust the suspension and fiddle a bit with thebody mounts otherwise done… some side by side pics with my dex/Typhon and a 1/10 traxxas body that used to fit…
