How should I fix this, it’s a clean through break

Sandwich it with additional lexan underneath or some drywall tape and shoe goo

I agree.. toss a couple pieces of lexan under the holes.. I use 5200 marine adhesive to adhere the pieces.. (if you go this route be aware the 5200 takes 7 days to fully cure).. you may also need to raise the holes in the mounts for the clips to pass through cleanly..? 5200 is insanely strong, permanent, and flexible.. it's my go to for things like this... below is my bashcast body that's been done this way..✌
