Curious on single battery jumper.

I’m wondering if it matters which plug the jumper would go into for single battery use? My Kraton came with a single 6s 4000 30c and the jumper was in the plug with the orange and black wire. I picked up two 3s 5000 100c batteries and that got me wondering if one or the other plus is better for single battery use.

And IF you really want to be safe, put a jumper in both plugs and set on self. Guarantee noting will break,
