I'm enhancing it with a more precise production method and adding some of my own embellishments.

Here's the steps I will be taking-

1. Get reference 'shapes' of the original design - courtesy of joshludden via his photos.
2. Manually "clean" said reference photos.
3. Gather measurements of said shapes.
4. Produce specs/shapes to digital outline files in - .SVG , .EPS , .AI formats
5. Convert Outlines to Cut Files for Vinyl reproduction
6. Produce DaBeers Body Decal to 1:1 scale.
7. Choose desired branded beer packaging to transfer Decal to and trim out.
8. Fold & Glue to assemble.

Looking awesome my friend!!!🤣🤯🥰 Can't wait to see how the final version comes out!!!!😃👍🤘🤘🤘
After putting some eb6000 on the inside, shooting 3 coats of gloss clear on the outside & reinforcing the body mount holes w/ Gorilla tape here's what my final version looks like 🤣🤘

Will get it converted and cut soon..

Next designs that I'm thinking of making if this works out...

Volkswagen Beetle ( Type I )

Tesla Cybertruck (converted to an eXtendo Crew Cab version or a modified Army APC.)

********************

In the meantime, I need to go buy some more beers!

Yo that looks cool as hell man!!! LOVE IT!!!🥰 Tell ya the truth, I was sitting here looking @ my new to me Kraton6s last night trying to envision one that I could make for it because I just painted it & kinda want to keep it nice, just for a little bit. I am thinking about raising the rear body posts up to the roofline & going for a blazer type look. I think that would really simplify the bending/folding process a lot. Might take the big suitcase of buds tho!!😆😉 Gonna hafta get some beers myself & start working on another prototype!😃🤘🍺🍻

Utilizing my favorite delivery packaging..

I applied transfer tapes to both "end sections" and proceeded to line up 'one long edge' to the upper edge of the Postal packaging; secure one end -the Front section (right hand side) first.. Backing paper carefully peeled back ,halfway and transfer tape removed.
IMG_20221116_163049732_HDR.jpg

Squeegeed out any air bubbles from the section as you go.

Since I'm applying this decal onto cardboard/paper surface, I'm NOT Able to peel back up the decal (like if it was on glass or metal surfaces, if a mistake was made.)
So I had to take extra care to make sure I'm align correctly BEFORE peeling off the backing paper...

Did you know there's a photo upload limit..? (per post)
I was trying to figure out why I couldn't add any more photos...

***************

Any how..

Start your cutting..
Carefully following the outer edges!
Because you can easily cut into the decal if you are not paying attention..

I've never noticed a limit. Pretty sure I can post more than 5 pictures.

Apparently, you can only upload 14-15 photos per posting..
Any more than that ,it won't let you post.
