Should be able to. Strip back a little insulation on both sides solder it together. Then re-wrap it either with some heat shrink tubing (the kind with hot glue on the inside is good because it will create a better barrier to moisture) or electrical tape.

Hello and yes!

I did the same on my Firma 130A ESC. I had to take my time and separate the wire since the wires and all tie together. Once I got enough space to work with the wire, I was able to solder it back. Make sure you put shrink wrap on the wire before you solder so you can cover it.

Yup, it can be fixed.

I'm not a fan of soldering and if you are not...take it to a local hobby shop be an easy fix for the guys in the back to solder.
