Reading some specs on the Kraton v4 and they changed the tires to dBoots COPPERHEAD2.
Wonder why.

Probably because the minokawa tires had a lot of complaints

Excessive ballooning
Lack of traction
Prone to tearing and coming unplugged prematurely

They look pretty sweet almost like a big Granite BLX tire tread ?

Very similar to the v1 Kraton tyres in the tread pattern, I might order some to try when they are in stock. They look like they will provide some better grip on loose surfaces. I like the stock Kraton tyres, but not in every situation. It's good to have a few different options.

Yeah from what I know the Kraton v2 and v3 tires weren’t too good. They were basically a rip-off of proline shockwaves but used a much worse compound and were much thinner hence the ballooning.

Nothing wrong with that, it’s an rtr tire, they all take inspiration.
