I’m digging the ESC body cutout. Maybe do one of those fan ducts that someone had 3D printed. Was that @Mongoose ? Sorry if my memory is sh!t. Someone had a dope looking red fan duct.

Yeah, that was me if this is the one you are talking about. There was another guy with a nice looking setup on a limitless that was red too. I can email the model if interested.

ok wasn't happy at all with my first attempt at chroming.. looked great at first then downhill from there. I stripped all the paint with acetone (surprisingly the dboots logo on the tires didn't come off) and went at it again.. this time lighter layers, more spread apart. Still not perfect since the surface has some texture if you look at it close enough but much shinier. Think these are going to look sweet spinning.

Careful with the acetone as it will also unglue the tire from the rims. Looks great tho ????
 
I like the semi chrome look over the full shiny chrome. Great idea with the masking tool!
 
Great idea, I need to make one for my Senton wheels, they get dinged up easily.
