I run (8) DS3235's 35 kg, $34. Oldest is 2 years and running strong. Nothing fancy.

All my 1/8 Bashers and Crawlers.
Did the Savox and other expensive Servo's before.
I am good with these now.
There are many threads here in regards.
:cool:

1. Cheapo - generic 25/35kg servos, ~$20
2. Medium grade - Hobbystar HBW4717HV (high speed brushless high voltage) or HBW4724 (high torque brushless high voltage), ~$40 on sale (~$60 normally)
3. Top shelf - Promodeler DS630BLHV, $110

@NewKratonuser0311,
In this hobby, I purchased way more Futaba servos than anything else.
I am no longer a Fan boy. For many years now. I buy cheap servos for bashing. They are expendables and get replaced anyway. They break. No matter how much you pay.
But If I was a rich man and still stuck on Futaba, I'd take a gamble and probably go with this one. There are more $$ ones also.
This is a nice BLX Servo for Racing. S-bus Programmable.

Promodeler as a brand would be my next servo if not on the cheap.
@Engineer above has you covered with good options. It's your call. Your wallet. It wont be your last servo. Start somewhere.

Thanks I’ll do my research but I now know where to begin.

Sounds like you are right on point about them being expendable probably not the first or the last one I buy thanks 👍
