Arrma RC's
  1. Granite
I purchased a granite BLX last weekend ran it one time both front shocks are leaking I've been trying to contact arrma support for 3 Days via email no response. anybody have any helpful hints or clues on how to get a hold of them and get these Parts replaced

Can you tell where the leak is? Cap or o-ring around the shaft, crack in the body?
Have you taken them off to see if it's something as simple as the caps being loose and just need another 1/2 turn?

Shock leak, sometimes. Especially these cheaper plastic body shock. Take them apart, drain any remaining oil, clean off any dirt, repack the O-rings with grease. Reassemble, refill with 50wt oil, wipe them down, and re-install on truck. This is a one hour job, maybe 2 hours if you take your time. It is a bit messy (have paper towels handy) but it is really one of the easier maintenance jobs in RC. Plus it is one you will need to do every dozen or three runs.
