If you switch to oil guys plug the little vent hole. I still got grease in mine so I haven't had to plug them yet.

After reading a lot of posts I'll be using grease in my brain diff Nero.

Why wouldn't you use oil? Do you have the diff brain?
 
The hole is likely there to prevent overpressurization of the case. Has anyone contacted Arrma about filling the diff's with fluid? If Arrma is using say molybdenum disulfide grease you may be doing yourself a disservice buy switching to fluid, even though one may have a reason like power distribution. Just my rambling newbie thoughts.
