how does 500k rear/20mil center/ 1mill front sound in a kraton 8s exb paired with the max 5 gen 2 and the leopard 1050kv motor running 8s ?

Not terribly no.

I run the same fluid setup with an 1100kv 5687. Front balloons a little, I've considered plugs in the center but I don't want to shear the pins off the rear CVD's.

Yeah that’s the only reason I don’t want to put ear plugs in the center differential

I started having problems at some point but then I limited the shock travel in the rear and it stopped it from happening. I took the shock perch off and slid some nylon washers on the shaft (maybe 13 per shaft I don't remember) and it never happened again.
