Finally getting around to designing some custom jigs -to produce my own carbon fiber angle irons..
(Need to hurry up and get my SRX chassis back on track & assembled.)

Love the looks and honestly clueless as to what this will be used for, but isn't the bottom 'caret thing' too thin?
Looks like a child can crack that puppy while it takes some effort to crack it at any other spot.

It is as 'thick' as it needs to be 🙏

Mainly to hold the square CF tubing.. while I carefully run it thru my table saw and Not loose any of my finger bits...
 
Will know if it works as intended in about 2 hours...

Meant to securely hold down a 22mm square CF tubing.

Prints turned out great..

But I made the tolerance too tight.
Couldn't get my carbon tube into the clamp ,nor be able to adjust clamping pressure with the way it is, too much infill making it too rigid.

Back to the drawing board!
