Notorious Do you run a dust cover? What kind? Or does it run too hot?

Hi, just curious if any of you run a dust cover? I have read some do and some don’t because of high heat. If you have a dust cover do you run a fan setup on the motor as well?

I saw that! They don’t seem very durable though, but great idea.

No joke. No, they do not hold up more than 1 or 2 sessions but at that price it doesn't matter.
I've ripped the dusty cover in a season, fixed with tape and yarn etc but my go to is now below.

How long do they last for you? A couple runs and throw them out?

Yes, 1 or 2 Lipos in the grass. On dirt it's as long as you want. Just trash them after the runs.

Yes, same here on the west coast. I’ll be adding a fan as well to the truck.

i just put a regular hobbywing just to be safe i run a 12 or 13 pinion whit my 2 sons that way we can have a lot of fun
