Does having long A arms in the rear and short A arms in the front help in guidance for a straighter pass?

On my Big rock I left the long arms on but added shorter arms to the front and I wanted to know if it helps in a straighter pass or what does it do mechanically? Did a few passes but did not notice any difference.
Other than it looks cool having a wider track in the rear does it do anything?
Appreciate any feed back .thank youđź‘Ť
