So i bought a safe D pinion but i didnt knew it wouldnt fit on the blx 2050kv so i sanded down the tip so that the safe D can slide on but i noticed its taller than the shaft itself. I do have a spektrum 2050kv on my kraton 6s exb and that would fit but i have to solder new bullet(kill me) . Is it a big deal?

An the safe D pinion is heavier. Will that be an aditional issue?

What are the teeth count on both of those? that safe d looks a lot bigger as well. I'd think as long as the grub on the pinion was tight on the shaft you'd be ok with it coming off the end a little.

Yup as long as the grub can grab the shaft you are good to go.

I ended up soldering bullets on my kraton motor and swapped both. I don't think i should have any issues
