Or do I need to adjust the endpoints so there is little to no movement up and down on the arms when turning left or right? Thanks.

Put it on the ground and do that. The arms are at full droop with the truck in the air like this. But I don't think it will be a problem on the ground.

You need to set your EPA at like 50% and then turn it all the way to one side. Then you turn up the EPA until it stops moving or hear a lot of strain from the servo. Back it off until you see it move towards center again. Do this for each side. The numbers don’t have to match.

Normal. Your upper arms have little play in them so they wont snap on the first jump. You can add plastic washers if you don't want it to move up down but i don't recommend it.
