I have sent these same pictures to sales@sweepracingusa to see if there is any warrantee. I mean they are supposed to be able to handle higher speeds than normal RC tires and to me it looks like the belt split and the foam broke thru the weak spot.

Good luck. Mine shredded too. They offered to send me some foams after lots of attempts to contact but I didn't follow through because I was annoyed.
