Hi

Some of the guys here on the forum are using HPI dog bones. I'll take a look and see if I can find there posts.

I wonder if the cups are any better from HPI and if they are compatible with the arrma diff...

Mine were getting chewed up like that when I was running blown out orings in the cups. New orings and no more damage. And you have to pull them out to really tell if they are damaged.

I would say this is considered "chewed up"

That is exactly what mine looked like when I was having issues. They are 1.99 a set so I stocked up and replace them on the regular. That is also a point they recommend oiling after every pack which I have now started doing and it seems to help them live longer.
