As the title says really.
Trying to setup my 6s Infraction after fitting the Perfect pass springs and wanting to create some rake.
However....

When attempting the droop screws in the front arms the right hand side doesn't seem to do anything, Just turns and turns and doesn't lower the car at all?

Any ideas what i could try?

Also with this droop... Is the rear need droop as well?

Thanks

It's probably stripped the threads on the arm if it isn't doing anything but turning. Front and rear should be adjusted. On this truck though it's personal preference on how much it's adjusted
Is there a fix for this or would it mean a new arm?

If you have a lot of shock preload and attempted to thread the set screw in with the shocks installed, most definitely pulled the threads out.

Harbor Freight sells a metric drill/tap combo set for like $12 with 1/4" hex drive, consider the trip and labor a lesson learned. I have threaded helical inserts but those get pricey when there is plenty of room for an M5.

*You could also use a button head threading from the bottom up like the off-road bashers do. The stick out could be set with additional washers/glued from moving.

The best advice is to measure where you want your ride height and to install internal shock limiters. That way it’s a positive stop and you don’t need to rely on droop screws to lower your ride height. You can even go slightly above where you want to be, and the droop screws can be used for final adjustment without having to exert so much force on the chassis plates for ride height adjustment.

Droop is how far the tires hang down below the chassis when it’s in the air, not how low the car sits on the ground. That’s called “ride height”.
