Kraton Droop Screws Explaining

Hello!
Ive seen forums that people are talking about droop screws on the arms and on the shock rod ends. Im quite new to Arrma and I don't understand these droop screws is. And if you have seen my other post about me breaking shock rod ends in the same side 2 times, people were suggesting i should check on these.
