Does anyone know the proper droop setting go the Kraton. “The measurements from the center of the shock tower screw to the center of the pin on the A-arm”.

I'm not at home to give you an exact measurement but I've found that the ideal droop screw setting to be where I insert the bottom shock pin in place and then have to compress the shock ever so slightly to get the top shock cap to slide into the top mount.

With all of my vehicles, I put them up so that all of the tires or off the ground and I take the droop screw out so that the shock is at full extension and then I put the droop screw in until it is compressing the shock 3-4mm. Just enough so that when I hit a jump the shock doesn't try to overextend and the force of the arms going down goes through the droop screw to the chassis and not the lower shock eye.

I take it there is no standard as a starting point. I got the droop at a good point. I just wanted to check it against “standard”. I want it a hair shorter than that.
