Must be... I ripped into the front and back turnbuckles. Change hubs? How to fix?

Are those Banditos 14mm hex size? If so GPM makes 7mm and 9mm offset hex spacers that still work with the stock granite style stub axles. I have a set of the 9mm ones and they worked pretty well. It should give you just enough clearance.

If you want to try these don't order from the gpm website I linked, it will ship from China and take weeks to arrive. Here's a link to some on eBay that ship from the US.

Well they're 12 mm hex..... Need about 6mm more clearance... So I need 12mm hex spacers?

Ah okay, that's why they rub... Duratrax makes that bandito in 14mm too and those fit the Arrmas without modification.

So yeah get some extra thick 12mm hex adapters between 7mm and 9mm, any wider and you won't be able to get the wheel nuts back on to secure the wheel. Most 12mm hexes are 5mm center bore and for the Arrma axles you need a 6mm bore so whatever you try you'll probably have to drill out the center bore to 6mm to install them.

If you search for 12mm hex "spacers" you'll find stuff that is 10mm and higher offset. They install a lot like the hot racing 17mm adapters where there is a special hub nut or barrel adapter that secures it to the axle, but I am not sure you'll find ones with a 6mm bore and I don't think they would be easy to drill out and still work, so that's why you should look for 12mm wider hexes.

Some that might work that I just searched on Amazon:

So my local hobby shop also sell the 12mm tires, which is what I had bought, but they do sell those tires with the offset built in... On the bag it will say .5" (12mm offset)... If it doesn't say that, or it says no offset (I don't remember how it's labeled), then it will rub if you don't use extenders. Also, didn't realize they had 14mm hex versions, that's great to know..ty

Well tried some 9mm extensions but now the nut doesn't have enough threads to hold the wheels on...

I did... Bore them out to fit on axel first then ground them so pin sinks in deep enough then for threads of axle to reach through the wheel... And now not enough clearance again.... Destroyed
Need extenders with longer axles somehow.

That sucks it didn't work. The stock 14mm sized hexes are about 5mm offset and I have GPM 14mm sized extended hexes that are 9mm offset and still able to thread the wheel nuts. Your original pic made it look like you just needed an extra 3-4mm to clear so I would have bet money that any 9mm wide hex should have been able to still thread and make clearance.

If you still can't clear the hubs after grinding away to the bare minimum thickness needed to thread the wheel nuts then I'm sorry to say that it looks like those Banditos just don't have enough offset left in them to work in your application.
