Is anybody using them and are they necessary?i see most guys don't and run their stuff in some extremely dusty and dirty places

I tried one on my 2018 Kraton. Way too big of a hassle for me.
I took it off the first time I tried putting in the batteries before I ever used it and I don't plan to.

If I ran in the snow I'd use it as it would help keep snow from packing in around everything, but I have other trucks I run in the winter. Otherwise, my trucks rarely see dirt/rocks/sand. I'm either at a skate park jumping into grass or running at a park in the grass or at the BMX track which is all grass. After running, I do have to pick grass out of stuff, but considering the air flow the mesh may block and that I run in grass... I likely couldn't run it in the warmer months.

Great covers but they hold in heat big time! If you run it, I'd recommend at least unzipping the top for heat to escape!?
