I'v posted this before thought I would share it again. 80lb braided line and tire glue is what you need. I bought Terremoto tires and wheels and tried running them on 6s, not a good idea. Wrapped and glued them and can now run 6s all day. No ballooning and Kraton stays in control.

Better and durable solution is simply to tape the tires like here:

All my tires are so taped and no more ballooning!

I agree with you on tapping, got most of mine tapped. This is for pre mounted sets that are to hard to dismount.

No no, it's very easy to dismount tire, it takes 5 minutes for one tire with heat gun.

Just get a set of src belted terrain crushers

I did have a set of SRC terrain crushers. Sold them. Poor traction and puts suspension under extreme pressure. Didn't like them at all. Update on Terremoto tires, they blew up after a few weeks. Just ordered some backflips. So far the best tires I have found are Avalanche tires wrapped with braided fishing line. I have a set over a year old and still going strong with many speed runs over 70mph.
