Granite ECX to Granite wheels conversion

Hi guys,
im trying to do a conversion for my ECX AMP MT to the dBoots Fortress wheels, the main difference is that the Fortress are 14mm hex, im tying to use the Granite AR310871 wheel hexes, however im not sure whether they will fit to the axles. My question is for any willing Granite owner who could tell me precisely what is the diameter of the Granite axle middle section, i quoted it on the picture too:

mmm, If you have an access to a 3d printer, I've made some insert that will turn the Granite wheels into 12mm.

Actually looks very good, but right now cant think of anything to getting these printed out anyhow.
