I don't know if it really is an effect of the fire sale on the fireteams or not but i've bought 2 new sliders now for $200 a piece. Doesn't sound like too bad of a deal for extra diffs (including the metal center), arms/drive shafts/hubs, and all the center bits. I'll buy them all day long at that and part them out for spare parts for my other trucks. Not to mention the black shocks/center diff mount is nice and minimizes stuff to get anodized if you are going crazy. You could probably turn around and flip the chassis for a little bit with the e brake fluff on it for those wanting to play with it on their mojaves.
 
It's funny cause there were long threads going on during that sale and I said a few times I feel for the suckers that have sliders on ebay at the same or more cost then the fire sale. Glad to see they have dropped in price, I may pick one up as well.

Yep! both i have picked up were bought mainly to sell the electronics and body/tires and the people didn't want to break down the rest. I'm sure they made more than they paid with how much those bodies go for and you could go jennys or a little lower on everything and still come out ahead. It's helped me to build a talion and the center drive shafts and diffs will go onto a mojave build with this second one.
