If you are doing it to make money, yeah, it definitely is rough. If you do it for fun then it really doesn't matter. I just like making videos and if people watch, like and subscribe - great! But I don't plan on making this a business venture so at the end of the day it's not that important to me. Best of luck with your channel ???
