esc blinking red car making whining noise and driving slowly

my arrma typhon 3s is driving slow with a loud whining noise and a red esc

I'd start by checking the pinion spur.
If those look fine then move to checking the differentials.
From there check the axles and wheel hubs.

Could take it to a local hobby shop for help.

Where is the whining noise coming from? And does it change in pitch or intensity when you hit the throttle? Set it up on a couple short 2x4’s and run it so you can watch the wheel spin?

Has it been this way from the very start?
Is the whining noise just the fan blowing?
Did you read the manual and do all of the radio set-up procedures?
It may need the esc to be "set-up". The manual has the procedure.

Go through the set-up for the esc.

I have had quite a few with the red blinking light and never got them going again just check all your connections make sure there still soldered also check your receiver make sure everything is still plugged in
