Not recommended, wire length is there for a reason as well as the cap pack.
You will risk ESC damage. Not saying it will spontaneously combust, but you will impact reliability and life expectancy.

Am I reading correctly that you want longer ESC to battery leads - and you want to do it by replacing the current leads with longer leads (and also removing the cap pack)? If so that’s really not practical - you’d have to open the case up, unsolder the current leads and solder new ones on. You may damage components with the heat and probably burn off whatever conformal coating was on there.
Just create an extension cable with at least the same gauge wire (or better) as is coming out of the ESC now.
