Esc only goes to punch 4 in a different setup

Hi all. I put the BLX 185 ESC in a different truck, cause I wanted something with a higher amperage that was waterproof, but not too expensive. It will only allow me to go to 4 on the punch setting. Is this because it's connected to a different receiver or am I just missing a step? Everytime I try to go past 4, it jumps back to one. Thanks in advance

It's possible I'm missing something regarding the programming. I haven't changed it on my Notorious, so it never came up. I think I read that once it reaches 4 beeps, it changes how the audibles sound and it might be going to 9 and I just don't know it. Need some kind of confirmation from a member.

Punch 5 is one long beep. Punch 6 is one long beep and one short beep. Punch 1 is one short beep. Does that help?

It confused me as hell also. It’s really weird the manual doesn’t mentions that
