So you want to eliminate the back and forth play in that area. Why? Nothing is affected by it and the play allows for the dif to be protected in a forward crash or nose landing. As long as the spur never touches the motor mount, there's no adverse affect.

I have up and down slop in my SHOCK EYELETS.

The “issue” with the centre diff mounts is I don't trust plastic, but its not an issue as such

Some play is normal in the top of the shocks!

I wasn’t crazy about the plastic either, that’s why I removed it!
 
The PPS motor motor mount kit including the diff cap, diff mount, and motor mount is a beautiful piece of kit.
