Firma 150 Grey wire

Firma 150 ESC--it has the thin grey wire that runs along the power wires--is it OK to cut this wire as I want to go down to 1 connector--Im guessing this is the Smart wire or telemetry which I do not need!! thanks

Well I need to cut the wires and that grey wire will be cut--If I don't have to reattach it then thats even better!!!

Chop it. One of mine got damaged on a single connector so I cut them both off. I don’t use smart stuff anyways

I guess its a personal choice. I usually go by "don't fix whats not broken".
In your case sounds like it needed to get cut off. just me
