Talion First major crash

Was driving it like I stole it. Needed to see how it handles with wheels balanced and everything serviced. Crashed into a goalpost, missed the T bone bumper and the front left took full impact. Might have stripped the thread on the upper A arm. Damn goalposts. Good thing nothing broke, fixed it up with some wrenching, ran it till LVC

Yeah, go ahead and order new upper arms. Once the threads are pulled, they will pull easy the next time. JRC on Ebay is your friend.

A good reason to upgrade to RPM. it will take a good 2 weeks to arrive. In the meantime, I have wrapped the pivot ball thread in PVC tape and hope its tight enough to keep it in place.

I did same thing crashing at the track and pulled out a pivot ball. I replaced w a set of RPM arms. They’re lighter and have a more streamlined design and I’m told their warranty is excellent.

Any other RC would have exploded LOL .. these things are tough!
