Sometimes, bad day happens and we end up stripping hexes.
Just wanted to share my experience with this repair that I learned from Project Farm (youtube channel). I tried one of the most trusted brands out there to fill in the gaps needed to create a new hex shape. My recommendation is to use J-B Weld 8265S Original Cold-Weld Steel Reinforced Epoxy to fill the plastics that are missing. Works like a charm. I've ran this 7x already and it's still have the hex shape.
