Felt i have been lurking here long enough and thought it was time to contribute.

I designed and built this folding ramp to have both a 45 and 60 degree launch position and it uses a 3ft radius. I am quite happy with it's performance so far and have manged my first ever backflip off this ramp on its first outing.

The ramp is constructed from scraps I had lying about: 3/16 ply, 1x2, 1x4, 1x6. It measures 31"x33"x5.5" folded with usable ramp width of 32"

Nice work, thanks for sharing. How do you get the legs to stay in position? Is there a lock of some sort??
To keep it adjustable and light i used some string. In the second picture you can kind of make out that the string is wrapped around a screw just off screen left and right, in that position it is a 60* launch (3rd pic) but if take it off those screws it drops to 45*(4th pic). Additionally, to fold the ramp i simply pull up on the string.

Just seeing this now but love the idea, was going to build another 'standard' skate-type ramp but now I want to do this. Do you have that video and/or the computer model of this? I thought I saw you mention something about the model...

@nic_a Love this ramp. very nice. If you could give some more specific details about to the process of building this, I know we would all appreciate it. I plan on building this ramp this weekend, so I would love more details. thanks.

This is brilliant. I’d love to see more detail on the plans if there are any. This is exactly what I need something usable but portable.

He hasn’t been around since 2018 so doubt it. Original post is dated 2017.

Ok I gave it a crack, designed using free fusion 360, folds down nice and easy, works really well and is adjustable, My 1/8 truck loves it
