Bashing in the yard today and towards the end my machine started sounding like the gear mesh wasn’t set properly upon further inspection the mesh is set right and the rear axle is moving with very little resistance. What would cause this. I pulled the diff cover to see if I snapped a input shaft but it didn’t seem like it.

Bad bearing causing the input gear to not mesh properly with ring gear. Broken or rounded teeth on input and/or ring gear. Internal differential gears stripped or broken pins behind sun gears inside differential. Several different situations here, you will have to remove the differential for closer inspection.

Could also be the set screw on the cup on the rear of the center diff or on the cup on the input of the rear diff came loose.
This^^^^

Considering how much loc-tite Arrma uses everywhere, it is kind of Amazing how often this screw comes loose. On my Kraton is it always the front one, though. That one is a PITA to get to.
