Well when I was trying to get my controller to work, troubleshooting it, I hit a pole with it. Today I took the front end apart to check the gear boxes since I see so many post on little to no gear lube. I noticed that the red holder doohickey is bent and messing up my a-arms. It also snapped a piece on my gearbox.

How do I get the red brace off since it broke the screw heads?

I ordered new a-arms, gearbox and various parts to fix it.

You could try cutting a slot into the broken part of the screw and remove it with a flat screwdriver. Just use the thinnest cutoff wheel you have.

Yep from memory (so could be wrong), that read hanger isn't threaded so you should be able to just prize it off with a screw driver. Will be easier if you raise the arms or at least an arm

The screws are just threaded into the plastic ,not the red metal piece. you should be able to pry it off , then remove the screws with a pair of pliers.
