Kraton Front part of part is out alignment, how to fix?

Hey again guys. I'm trying to install a new front bumper, but the front part of my chassis is bent too much (the part with the arrow). Not sure how this happened, but the screws of the new bumper can't get into the holes because they end up too low down. Any suggestions here?

Bend it back.
Assuming a bumper came off, so things should line up somewhat. Make sure there isnt anything else thats off. That the bulkhead is fully seated to the chassis, ect.

As an option, you can loosen the bulkhead screws, screw in the bumper then tighten everything else up. But thats putting a good amount of stress on parts that arnt make to be stressed.

Remove one end of the shocks, that way there is nothing fighting you to close the gap.
