Typhon Front suspension binding

Okay, so it has taken a hit, I've replaced the lower arms, lower hinge pins and shock pistons. Wheels and shocks off, both sides flop freely. Put the shocks and wheels back on and the suspension doesn't rebound like it used to or the rear. Shocks seem otherwise fine. Not sure what to check first

bent shock shaft maybe. or possibly a cracked (me thinking about what the part is actually called) the part with all the holes

So it sounds like the shock to me too. I just replaced both main shafts and up'd the fluid weight to 60w. By themselves the shocks move freely albeit somewhat slowly?
