Just make sure you did use Blue TL on the pinion set screw and motor mount screws. Or your setting may drift.. Let TL cure for 24 hours. Or it wont stay tight if bashed right away.

Yeah I did that. Put a lot of it on the pinion set screw and a drip on the motor screws
Is this the right stuff? It's the blue normal type

Absolutley. (y) I use 243 also. As opposed to LT 242. (y) 242 is ok also. But 243 I find better for dirty and oily screws. There is that slight difference according to Loctite specs. I got a 50mm large 243 bottle recently.:)
 
Hi I got a new motor after the old one broke (a magnet inside split In half ??) and now I'm setting the gear Mesh. I want to ask if it is set correctly like this or not:
I don’t think you could have set it better ??
