Kraton Gear noise

I have been chasing an awfull grinding noise for about 3 weeks in my v2 kraton. All diffs have been rebuilt shimmed and is still present. Pulked center diff to check gear mesh and found this. Any thoughts

The bearings blow out easy on the center diff. I replaced mine with a set of sealed ceramic hybrid bearings from Boca Bearings. The spur gear screws will also grind into the mount when that happens. This might be what's going on with yours.

Thats a good point never checked bearings they are not stock ones. I will gove that a look see. I also noticed the rear input cup of center diff getting mangled up like the dogbone was popping out briefly and then back in. And the holes on the plastic part of the diff mount are kinda wallowed out so i went ahead and ordered hot racing aluminum one to see if that helps.
