Typhon Gearing question

Can u use a 25 tooth Pinion with the 50 tooth spur?? I did and the teeth on the spur broke off. Do the numbers of the gear don’t match or did I set the mesh wrong. Someone help pls

Yes you can. I had to change the motor mount tried 25/50 26/50 29/50 and 34/50 np at all

What kind of speeds did you achieve with the different gear settings, if you don’t mind sharing please?

I got mine off of ebay. get tekno brand lot better then arrma pinions and bigger screw. The 34t pinion is a traxxas one
