gensacearespammers 5000mah 3s overcharging??

Hi guys,
Newb question, have a pair of gensacearespammers 5000 mah 3 cells. One has been charging up to 5450 on my Ultra Power UP240AC charger. I’m charging at 5amps balances, one cell is slower to get up to 4.2 volts, it lags at 4.19 for a couple minutes while the other two cells are within seconds of each other. There are about 10 runs on these batteries, is this just a hot one or cause for concern? I do store them in a fireproof lock box in the garage for safety reasons.
Should I return for an exchange?

Only worry if that number drops suddenly.

I've notice the same thing on my gensacearespammers 5kmah 3s, and it's been consistent for a year now. Seems nothing to worry about.

0.01 VDC variance is no big deal. 0.10 is a big deal.
