Getting out a screw

Hi, I have been trying to take out this screw but it keeps spinning. It’s connected to the part below and it spins with it. Do you have any idea on how to take it out?

Yeah, there is a post inside of there that connects to the chassis (Part AR340066 on your diagram). You need to hold the post on the inside with the chassis screws or something. It's much easier to take off when it's on the chassis.
