Granite Mega 4x4 diffs with grease not fluid

Rebuilding my Granite Mega 4x4 for a spare basher. Planned on upgrading all the bearings to sealed Eddy’s. Opened the diff and it had zero fluid. Just some grease? ??‍

That is correct. Megas do not come with fluid.

Sure is. Heck, I didn't even clean mine, just filled her up!

I don’t mind stripping it down and wiping out as much grease as I can in 30 seconds ?

Yep, that’s normal. Think I ended up putting 15k or 20k in mine. Don’t recall off the top of my head. I wanted the diffs to be pretty stiff for a 2S.
