Granite with 1966 Ford F100 body

Update: I like the look of the Ford F100 body, but it's not a good choice for hard bashing. Even with drywall tape/shoe goo, the plastic is too thin and the body has too many weak stress points. It started cracking after one bash. Even with additional reinforcement it's pretty badly trashed after 3 weeks.

That fits great! Looking for any tips as this is my first time. I've been eyeing this and the 30s Chev for my Granite BLX. I just love the rounded corners of the old classics. Pro-Line's Rat rod looks enticing, but I think it's too small. :-(
For hard bashing, the Ford-F100 needs quite a bit of reinforcement to hold up. My first F-100 body is already trashed, even though I reinforced it with drywall tape and shoe goo. I liked the body enough to try again. This time I used TRIPLE layer drywall tape and shoe goo, with 4 to 5 layers in the areas that easily cracked in my first body (see photos) . I also used gorilla tape for the black stripes and truck bed to prevent cracks around the body mount holes.
