One more update - having written my last post, clearly tired, I was supposed to go to bed. However (!) When i got down to the rc dungeon, the shell protector/roll cage was calling to me! Im impressed with this bit of kit. It attaches to the body easily (no drilling) and seems high quality. Will keep the thread updated for how long it lasts

Only downside so far is the added length as it is attached but hinges at the front.

No worries chap. I can't comment on durability yet, but the quality of the kit was high, fits well, came with pre threadlocked screws etc

That outer cage looks excellent, unlike some of the others I've seen in the past. Tempted to get a Mojave now!

Works been busy today and its late. More work tmw on maureen (mo) the mojave before she has her inaugral outing on sunday. I've got my mamba esc but not my tp power motor yet, so i think i will just put a max 8 combo i have knocking around in her for now. Pics to follow.

Right-o chaps. Don't give me too much slack re untidy wiring, remember this is a temp esc motor combo. The mamba is waiting patiently upstairs for the tp can to get here.

One observation - plastic side skirt makes getting a simple 4274 into place quite diffficult.

IMO inner fenders (by Scorched) are a must for the Mojave, without it it’s basically an offroad vacuum cleaner.

Hey, I noticed somebody earlier mentioned swapping out the bearings on this thing... is that really necessary? I thought all the EXBs had sealed bearings from the factory?

Looks good though.

P.S. What is that you're using on the tyres to stop the ballooning?
