Has anyone had any issues with ordering servos from Bluebird Servos’ website?

I placed an order for one servo on August 1st. It was on this website: https://www.bluebirdservousa.com/ and I received a confirmation email letting me know that the payment went through and that they would send another email when the item ships. I sent a follow up email to the email address that was linked at the bottom of the confirmation email, early last week and I still have not heard anything. I think my next step would be to give them a call about my order, but before I do that I wanted to post this here to see if anyone else has gone through this or has any ideas on what the issue could be.

In total the order was just under 40 bucks, and the payment was done through PayPal. Maybe I can request a refund through PayPal its self? I’m not sure.
 
I've only ever ordered from them twice and in both cases everything went smooth. Do they have any other options to contact them on their website I never really looked.
 
Are their servos made in the USA?

No China. The only servo company that I know of that is US based is Pro Modeler, they are just assembled here with parts from China iirc.
 
To my knowledge, I think maybe Promodeler may be the only USA made servo. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Well that's 2 of us that think that so maybe it is 🤷‍♂️
 
PayPal can refund you and pull the money back if you start a dispute with them. I'd try calling first though.
That's nice to know. I just got time to call them but no one picked up. I wasn't too surprised, as it is past 5 in most of the USA, but I left a voicemail, and hopefully, they will call back sometime tomorrow.

Maybe my order didn't fully process on their end? I'm not sure. Did you buy directly from them off of their website?

As for other contact options, other than their email and phone number they have a message box built into their Website, Ill give that a try if all else fails.

I hope so as well. Worst comes to worst I get my money back and look elsewhere 🤷‍♂️

This is the main part that is holding me up on my next update for my custom snowcat, so I haven't been able to do much with the project now sadly.

Little update:
I tried calling them 2 separate times last week and both times the calls went to voicemail. I left a voicemail and also sent them a message on their website and I have not heard anything from them. I will be filing a dispute with PayPal so I can hopefully get my money back. I am pretty disappointed with this experience, but it is what it is, and I guess I will end up looking elsewhere for another servo.
