I placed an order for one servo on August 1st. It was on this website: https://www.bluebirdservousa.com/ and I received a confirmation email letting me know that the payment went through and that they would send another email when the item ships. I sent a follow up email to the email address that was linked at the bottom of the confirmation email, early last week and I still have not heard anything. I think my next step would be to give them a call about my order, but before I do that I wanted to post this here to see if anyone else has gone through this or has any ideas on what the issue could be.
In total the order was just under 40 bucks, and the payment was done through PayPal. Maybe I can request a refund through PayPal its self? I’m not sure.
