Has anyone tried the Castle 1721 1260kv yet?

If you have one, what do you think of it?

It seems like a great size. A little more oomph than the 1717/4985 motors without being too heavy.

I was really tempted to get it. I've found only 2 videos on YouTube and one of them was an Xmaxx and the guy said he thought the hw 1100kv had more umph. Obviously just his opinion but yea. I would expect it to be better.

That wouldn’t surprise me. That HW weighs 20% more than the 1721.

tbh, if my 2nd xrt had an xlx2 or a max 5 g2 instead of a regular max 5 I'd have probably bought it lol.

well it has 50 more amps and apparently runs almost as cool as the max4 according a hobbywing

A lot smaller footprint, too. It could be a game changer in certain builds. Had they been available 6 months ago I probably would have chosen that over my Max 6 on my last SWB build.
