Has anyone used stupidrcparts?

I ran across some side skirts for the Limitless, that has a feature called "Body Lock". And wonder how well it works

What prompted this was I thoguht about making something like this from some aluminum angle. Just trim one edge on the table saw, cut to length and drill.

Any experience? How well does it work?
Wold I be better off with aluminum angle and I can put velcro on the inside of the body?

I've actually spent a lot of money on stupidRC stuff. Never got that specific part though. All the metal stuff looks nice enough 8 times out of 10 though it definitely can bend easy. I've bent the limitless wing just tapping the curb. I was actually surprised at how easily it bent lol. Sure looks awesome though!!
